Radio Latino now on Medium Waves

Radio Latino now on Medium Waves from south Italy.
Test is just started now on 1593 khz.
Power is 500 watts , antenna is 1/4 wave dipole ( !!!! Damned long and low on the roof of the building! ).
This antenna is performing not very well for local broadcasting, so we are trying to see if the dipole let the signal goes with propagation at nigth time, via sky-waves.
We are building a new antenna, a vertical base-loaded.
Test will last a couple of hours.
