Busy airwaves this weekend!!
The variety of music was amazing!Music from the 30's,40's,50's,60's,...................
Hell,music from all periods!!
British,American,Dutch,German,French and Irish music.
Jazz,Blues,Rock'n'Roll,Rock,Soul,Schlage,Country,Pop,Soul,Disco,Funk,
Techno............
It's great.
The SW scene seems to be alive and kicking!
Something for everyone and plenty of stations firing up the TX's!
Stations from the UK,Ireland,NL and Germany.
Glad to hear Skyline introducing "Junior" to Radio, like Saturnus,Borderhunter and others,I think this is good.
I still don't think conditions are all that good, but they do seem to be improving.
Strongest signal for me was Radio Mustang.
The other strong ones were:Skyline,Laser,Orion,Victoria,Borderhunter,ScotlandNorthpole,
Geronimo and Marconi.
Best choice of frequency goes to Merlin and Atlantic. Both benefited from really good clear channels.
On the subject of those two.
Merlin plays a very wide mixture of music, but always good quality,no rubbish.
And I think Jackie Frost is great too.She is different. Some people may find it hard to get used to her style.
But for me,she is like a friend playing you some of her favourite records and hoping that you will enjoy them too.
I usually do!
Not sure quite what is happening with Atlantic Radio but the "Fab 50's Radio" part of the show today was superb.1950's music is not really my thing, but the profesional presentation and knowledge of the DJ just kept
me listening.
Really good radio.

Hi Andy,
Thanks for the report.
About the 'clear' frequency of Merlin: they had a strong signal here: S-9+5. Mod. sounds nice too.
But is 6325 really a clear frequency?
I remember a site on the internet where a number of 'dangerous' freq. are mentioned. Including 6325 khz.
Don't remember what site it was, it's quite a while ago.
Also no idea who or what is/was using this. Coastguard? Marine?
But: perhaps is 6325 not in use by legal stations these days..
Greetings, Albert.
