Nice music om 6312

Already for some time now I am listening on 6312 to a strong and steady signal (s9 to S9+15 dB's) with nice music (at least that's my opinion )

Although with awful understandable tunes.

So, did not yet catch any ID.

Anybody with more info ?

I don't have any infos about them, they don't have email. They play music non stop with some "Malaisy" jingles. Their signal is always strong.
