Logs from S-W of France - February 4th & 5th, 2006

Post by Toutatis »

Good signal this week-end in South-West of France, but with noise
due to my adapter for terrestrial digital television. What a pity !
If someone has got a solution for this problem, I am very interested.

Hi Toutatis,
Thanks for the mention in you listing, we was wondering if the tX was working as we have not had any feed back since we came back on air in December 2005. You guys that list stations heard are a valuable source of feed back. Thank you.

Thank you for all your replies.
For Dave, I think listeners are principally listening to the 48 m band, but if you transmit regularly on 12256, listeners will tune again to your frequency, because your transmitter is working very well, and your oldies program is very interesting.
Greetings.

Hi again Toutatis,
Thankyou for you very nice reply, reading all the logs weekly I have realised that listeners are scanning the 48m band but then 48m band does lend itself to better results, and if it was not so crowded there we would be there too. But in the past we have had some good results on 12256 and so we stayed there. So for the time being we will be on air weekly from around 23:00 hrs on a Saturday night untill 11:00 hours on a Sunday morning (GMT). Live programs start at 08:00 hours on the Sunday morning.
I am happy to read that the tX is working well and that you find the program interesting, once again thankyou for your kind reply.

73's Dave
