Have your carrier here in NY on 3927.5 kHz at 2306. Way too much ARO QRM, so can't copy any of your audio. Sorry.

I recorded some audio. To be honest, the modulation could be stronger. WMR sounded a lot louder here. I'll send the audio tomorrow.

Bogusman on 3904

Amazing conditions, as it's rare to hear pirates on 76 meters over here in the USA. Got the Bogusman on 3904.09 kHz at 2255 UTC, with lots of talk. Recording some audio for you, would love to contact you and send it to you. S4-S5 signal into New York, but the band is relatively quiet. Also hearing C...

6310 kHz

Hearing a station on 6309.94 kHz around 2205 UTC. Played two songs from Thin Lizzy, then "Walk on By" from the Stranglers. Who it this? S7 signal into New York, it could be Radio Odyssey from Greece.

Scots Wa Hey! (WMR 6399.9 kHz)

Thanks to Marcel's tip on the FRN Grapevines, I'm already hearing Weekend Music Radio on 6399.9 kHz at 2030 UTC in New York. Weak audio still, but recognize a Steve Miller song at 2035 UTC. Considering it's about 2.5 hours before sundown here, long skip conditions appear to be good tonight.

The web receiver is based in Nottingham. I was tuned in USB at the time, tuned to 6277.8 kHz, and the audio came on after several minutes of dead air. The audio sounded natural, so I was close to zero-beating the carrier. I've yet to tune you with a real communications receiver, but I'd say whatever...

Bowie

Heard "John, I'm only Dancing" by David Bowie at 1436 UTC, then audio cut out. Was that you? Sounded pretty good.

Sat on 6277.8 kHz until 1540 UTC, at which point I stopped listening. Nothing heard other than the brief bit from Bowie.

Tuesday

Trying to hear you on a web receiver in the UK. Nothing on 6277.8 as of 1434 UTC.

Are you on the air now?

Antenna

Bycross, Planning any more tests today? I am still trying to visualize your inverted-L antenna, that you say is center fed. Is the total length of the inverted L a half-wavelength of your operating frequency? Is it comprised of two equal sections, with an insulator in the middle? And your coax is co...

Antenna Problems?

I wasn't able to hear you while listening on a web receiver in the UK. Have you checked your coax; are you sure you don't have a short somewhere?

What type of antenna are you using for these transmissions?

"Hold the Line" by Toto at 1655 UTC. It's hard to accurately tune these web receivers, but I was close to zero-beating the carrier around 6284.9 kHz. At 1700 UTC an international broadcaster came on the air.

6285 Testing?

Listening on a UK web receiver, hoping to hear Bycross Radio, I came across some music around 6285, but the audio has cut out several times. Pirate testing?

Radio Odyssey from Greece 6310 kHz

Strong open carrier from 0003 to 0022, then into a disco song. S7 signal, but very weak modulation unfortunately. ID by the male announcer at 0026, "This is Radio Odyssey from Greece". ID by a female at 0028 UTC, then an instrumental song with a strong drumbeat.

Heard in NY

Extremely weak audio here in NY at 0152 UTC, just too much static tonight to make this worthwhile. They'll be on a few more nights, so hopefully the signal will improve.
