Cupid Radio Heard in NY on 21 Mhz

PIRATE (Euro). 21894.7 kHz, Cupid Radio, 1541-1600 Jan 16, Luckily, just caught the ID and phonetic spelling of the maildrop address as the signal faded up. Per e-mail from their operator, Rinus, only running 15 watts at the time. Also heard some techno music, but there were so many long and deep fades that the signal was usually inaudible most of the time. Thanks to Chris Lobdell alert. SINPO 14311. (Maroti-NY)
