Better conditions now here in Naantali (near Turku), South Finland.
Receiver: Grundig Satellit 600. Antennas: 77m "L" (MG) + 45m "L" (KG).
Times utc. Wide view of reception with code "O".
Station are logged in order of appearence.



Thurday 3.2.2005

1646 UNID (plaatjes), from Coevorden with tel. 0640215... (Tape not checked) 2135- O=1-3
1621 GREECE: Anatolia from Kilkis-city (North from Thessaloniki) gave tel.no. quite often, and also stationname. Live telephone-callings. 2140- O=1-3+

6265 Spaceshuttle from FINLAND 1215- O=1-3
6276 Swinging R England. Not IDed. I thought it was old recordings (like "Big L") again this weekend. 1415- O=1-3
6301 UNID Dutch with Steve Miller Band-music 1435- O=1-2

1641 Oklahoma, but not sure. Surprisingly weak today. 1600- O=0-2
1643 De Caro(?) or Karel Doorman(?) met rapports. Tape not checked. -1657 O=2-3
1641 Musky 1717- O=1-3+
1636 UNID gave stationname but tape not checked yet. 1800- O=1-2+
1645 Barones ism. Delmare 1756- O=3-5
1670 SERBIA: Pink Panter in QSO with Galaxias (Greece). Their English was very poor ("good signal" , "good microphone" / modulation). Both very strong. 2105- O=3-5
1670 GREECE: Galaxias and 2-3 other Greek stations in QSO. 2110- O=3-5
1638 Westerbeek, Emmen 2000- O=1-3
1610 GREECE: Anatolia, Kilkis-city again on air. Vatican was off. 2120- O=1-3

6286 Golfbreker but I am not sure. Gave tel.no. 0850- O=2-3
6305 Westcoast with programme (not 100% but later in QSO) -0912 O=1-3
6260 Islands Radio fading up and down for the whole day.
6265 Spaceshuttle from FINLAND. Poor skip to my QTH. 0910- O=0-2
6276 Swinging R England tentatively for the whole day. Sometimes good signal.
6295 UNID gave tel.no. shortly in English. 0913- O=0-1+
6300 Radio Evolution. Later Titanic. On air for the whole day. Gave tel.I phoned to the station. 100 Watts. O=2-4 0917-
6280 Radio Mazda gave e-mail and Nijverdal-address. Better signal later in the afternoon on 6290. 0945- O=1-3+
6290 Radio S---nic(?). Mentioned Amesfoort. Dutch. 0905- O=2-3
6270 UNID shorlty. Played "Driver's Seat". 0957- O=0-1+
6290 Nortland Radio. German? 1005- O=2-3+
6240 UNID British. "DJ Nigel Dane?" 1030- O=1-3
6280 Radio Boemerang was strong! 1048- O=3-4
6285 Sallandse Boer. Was difficult to ID at first. 1107- O=2-3+

6279 UNID Dutch in QSO for the previous three. "De Soto" or something. 1127-1130
6390 UNID Dutch with polka shortly. No talk. 1315- O=1-3
6310 UNID with good signal in the late afternoon. 1315-

6269 UNID with echo. Poor signal. 1354- O=0-1
6386 ----- Radio International. Perhaps Northland? 1357- O=1-3


It was interesting to hear Greek and Serbian pirate in QSO with zero-English on 1670 kHz. Extremely strong signals anyway.

Today, Sunday 6.2.2005 the 48 mb as open for the whole day. Usually it is almost empty from 1300 - 1500 utc.
Here in Finland exists 3 stations: Radio Spaceshuttle, Sombrero and Milliwatti. They are usually on air on 6260-70 and around 6300 kHz.

Heard in Klaipeda, Lithuania, with 40 m Long Wire antenna.
