Hi everyone:
Another great weekend. There were so many stations on Sunday morning that it was difficult to try to hear them all, even with two radios. But, that is part of the fun. Some Sunday morning stations provided quite good reception, while there were many others whose carriers I could hear, but did not fade in enough for audio.
Sunday afternoon saw 48 m open up again around 1600, much like it did last week. There were many carriers, but only Malaisy and Playback were giving audio.
Friday and Saturday nights, however, have been a little quiet lately. Relmus always has a good show on Fridays, and this week saw tests from Atlantic, and the return of Cactus Jack, but a few more stations would be nice. Ops might be surprised by the number listeners around on these nights, and there is far less competition than on Sundays.
Does anyone know who was on 6324,7 for a good part of the weekend? I logged music Friday night, talk on Saturday (other liteners heard a show about WRL), and there was carrier there Sunday afternoon until just before Sonnet came on.
