Radio Alpenroos Test to USA
PIRATE (Euro). 9269v, Radio Alpenroos, 2221-0009* Jun 26, Detected their carrier at first on 9269.1 kHz, but it eventually drifted down to 9268.84 kHz. Audio started fading in around 2252 UTC, when I heard a ballad by Elvis Presley. "Can't Help Falling in Love" at 2301 UTC. ID at 2309 and phonetic spelling of e-mail address. This was followed by some instrumental electronic music. "Live and Let Die" at 2343. Closing announcements at 0004, carrier went off at 0009 UTC. During the peak in propagation, SINPO was 13332.
