Re: Boomerang on 3910

Why is Boomerang on 3910? It is same frequency as WMR. Total mess here!!!! No trace of WMR overhere. But must say Spaceman is on 3927 with a broad signal overlapping 3910 and almost overloading my receiver. However I do hear a signal on 3905. At the moment RAI on 3910 with nice and strong signal S9...

[quote="undigest"]Boomerang is 44433 on 3927kHz in Glasgow, playing "Tiger Feet" at 2006UTC. A bit of fading, but it's still daylight here. Good to hear you!

Too bad, noticed this log just too late.

Was watching the shortwave logs group. Nevertheless, thansk for the posting.

Concerning the SPAM

It seems to me the spam always is entering the first forum 'group' on the whole list. e.g. 'Piratelogs Shortwave'. Couldn't you make some kind of dummy group and place it at first position in the list. I hope the bots don't understand the difference between for instance 'dummy group' and 'Piratelogs...

No problems with reception overhere S9+10 to S9+20 dB's overhere and nice and strong audio. But who's on 3925 with similar signal, It seems to be an English station, but I did not (yet) hear any ID. I heard 3925 was not such a fine frequency to use because of the English Airforce using this same fre...

I am sure no none-official station can make a frequency claim. Or do you have some (secret) agreements with the I.T.U ?. 8) Why bother Andy, listeners can always tune to 6400 when 3910 is occupied. I am afraid you/we will have to tolerate some interference when there a more than two/three ...

Sorry for the barbeque, so many people were there. If we did know before then we did order for more people. But now we were suprised and didn't know about so many intrested people at the moment we order the meat. Then you were lucky, Spacemen and I went to the 'patatzaak' (what's this in English?) ...

Re: Cologne calling

Hello Axel,

to be honest, I did not change anything particular. At least not that I am aware about.
Nevertheless, thanks for your posting, and nice to know you like the S-meter. :P

That is a typically stupid Dutch comment.... Maybe, but don't blame Atlantis or other Dutch op's for that. It's throughout possible that due to the QRP power used and/or actual propagation conditions, sometimes reception is not possible in NL and/or the rest of Europe and the 'band' seems free to u...

Re: Spaceman

Strong signal also overhere, despite the rather severe fading. Signal floating between S9+30 and S9+60. Modulation strong enough but lacking some of the more lower frequencies.

Nice signal on 6275

German station with nice signal (S9+20) on 6275 Khz at 22:55 local time, but due to the jingle style of ID, I am not quite able to copy the ID.

Too bad. :x

<edit>
peaking towards S9+40 dB at the moment, very strong !!
Got the ID by male speaker: On-air AM
